The Training Coordinator sits at the centre of our education function, helping create a professional, responsive and well‑organised experience for clients, participants and trainers. Working closely with the Education and Training Lead, you will coordinate the administration, communication, resources and logistics that support successful training across community and corporate settings.

Coordinate training calendars, bookings, registrations and participant communications.
Liaise with trainers, clients and internal teams to keep sessions appropriately staffed, resourced and on schedule.
Organise venues, catering, accessibility, equipment, online delivery and session materials.
Prepare clear, professionally formatted PowerPoint presentations from approved draft content using LLH2HS branding and templates.
Work with Marketing and Communications to provide accurate program information and support training promotion.
Maintain accurate records, collate SurveyMonkey feedback and assist with reporting and audit requirements.
Liaise with Accounts to support accurate client invoicing and coordinate approved trainer invoices for payment.
Identify issues early, recommend workable solutions and contribute to continuous improvement and forward planning.
Experience in administration, training coordination, event coordination or a comparable role.
Strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities within part‑time hours.
Clear, professional and responsive written and verbal communication.
A proactive, solutions‑focused approach and the confidence to contribute ideas and improve how work is planned and delivered.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, together with strong PowerPoint skills.
Confidence using Microsoft 365, videoconferencing platforms, SurveyMonkey and online booking or registration systems.
Sound judgement, discretion and the ability to manage routine issues while escalating more complex matters appropriately.
Experience in the not‑for‑profit, mental health, community services, training or crisis‑support sector is desirable.
Takes pride in creating order, follows through on commitments and notices what needs to happen next. You will enjoy working collaboratively while also being comfortable managing your own priorities, using initiative and taking ownership of agreed actions.
