ForHealth Group is seeking a proactive Learning & Development Coordinator to coordinate training, manage the LMS, support onboarding and compliance training, and design engaging eLearning content. Based at our Leichhardt head office with the option to work fully or partly remote.
You will maintain training records, develop learning pathways, create assessments, report on learning insights, and partner with subject matter experts to keep training current.

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Learning & Development Coordinator to join our team and support the ongoing development of our people across the business.
Reporting to the WHS and L&D Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating and administering learning and development activities, maintaining our Learning Management System (LMS), supporting onboarding and compliance training, and designing engaging eLearning content.

This will be based in our Head Office in Leichhardt, Sydney; however, offers the flexibility to be performed fully remote or partly remote, working from home.
