Job summary

Aurecon Group in Adelaide is seeking a Training & Competency Coordinator to support a national program within a highly regulated environment. This role focuses on specialist training systems, competency assurance and maintaining audit-ready records, working with technical specialists and external providers.

You will coordinate training activities, develop competency matrices, manage documentation and reporting on readiness and gaps, and contribute to continuous improvement across training

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating or supporting training, competency or workforce capability programs.
• Understanding of vocational education and training principles and competency-based training and assessment.
• Experience maintaining training records and competency matrices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training, competency development, CPD and on-the-job learning activities.
• Develop and maintain training and competency matrices.
• Coordinate training delivery with SMEs and external providers.
• Maintain audit-ready training records and document control.
• Produce reports on training completion and workforce readiness.
• Support audits and drive continuous improvement of training systems.
