Experience coordinating or supporting training, competency, learning or workforce capability programs.
A strong understanding of vocational education and training principles, competency-based training and assessment, or RTO-style quality systems.
Experience maintaining training records, competency matrices, learning management systems or workforce capability frameworks.
A solid understanding of traceability, document control and audit-ready record management.
Strong organisational, stakeholder engagement and written communication skills.
A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) or demonstrated equivalent experience will be highly regarded.
Experience within defence, aviation, rail, energy, infrastructure or other highly regulated environments will be advantageous.
