Guardian Homebush is seeking a Trainee to join the Guardian Learning Academy, where you’ll gain hands-on experience and earn a nationally recognised qualification – at no cost to you. You’ll complete a fully funded Certificate III in Children's Services while working on-site, with Development Coaches delivering on-the-job training and paid study time to complete units in your role.

Your Role as a Trainee:

• Earn while you learn – Your Certificate III qualification is fully covered, and you’ll receive an hourly wage for all hours worked.

• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency required for eligibility.
