Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning is offering a Full-Time, 18-month Traineeship contract across NSW centres. You will work as a Trainee Educator, supporting the education program and contributing to a safe, nurturing environment for children.

You will study toward a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care, with guidance from the Centre Leadership Team and experienced staff. You will gain hands-on experience in a supportive team, with a focus on professional development, compliance with NQS,

Qualifications

• Willingness to study toward a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care
• Permanent right to work in Australia
• Good time management and organisational skills

• Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Certificate of Completion for National Child Safety Foundation Training completed via Geccko platform

To be eligible for a Traineeship you are not able to hold a previous Certificate or Diploma qualification completed outside of secondary school in the last 7 years. Applicants who have completed a school-based certificateother than in childcare will still be eligible.
