Job summary

Guardian Childcare & Education is seeking passionate educators to inspire young minds in our Northshore Sydney centres. Join a supportive team, work across rotating rosters, and contribute to a thriving learning environment.

Ideal candidates hold an Early Childhood Education qualification (or are actively pursuing one) and have a current Working with Children Check. You’ll benefit from a collaborative culture, ongoing development, and opportunities across a national network.

Qualifications

• Completion of the national mandatory Child Protection training via the GECCKO platform.
• Active pursuit of an Early Childhood Education qualification.
• Availability between 7am - 6pm, Monday to Friday on rotating rosters.
• Current Working with Children Check.

Here’s what you’ll bring:

• An approved qualification in Early Childhood Education, or you're actively working towards one
• Availability between 7am - 6pm, Monday to Friday on rotating rosters.
• Current Working with Children Check.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Child Protection and Food Safety Certificates.
• 2-3 years’ experience in the early childhood sector.
