Guardian Learning Academy in Freshwater, NSW invites applicants for a Trainee role. You will earn an hourly wage while pursuing a fully funded Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care on the job.

Gain real experience with children, families, and educators, and contribute to play-based learning in a supportive environment that offers mentorship and paid study time.

• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency required for eligibility.

Your Role as a Trainee:
