Job summary

Guardian Childcare & Education seeks passionate Educators to inspire and support children within our Northshore Sydney centre. Join a vibrant team that values growth, collaboration, and a love of learning.

You’ll work in a welcoming environment with state-of-the-art resources, a strong focus on the To BE Me learning program, and opportunities to progress across a national network. Expect shifts 7am–6pm, Monday to Friday, on rotating rosters.

Qualifications

• Approved qualification in Early Childhood Education or actively working towards one.
• Availability between 7am–6pm, Monday to Friday on rotating rosters.
• Current Working with Children Check.

Here’s what you’ll bring:

• Completion of the national mandatory Child Protection training via the GECCKO platform
• An approved qualification in Early Childhood Education, or you're actively working towards one
• Availability between 7am – 6pm, Monday to Friday on rotating rosters.
• Current Working with Children Check.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Child Protection and Food Safety Certificates.
• 2–3 years’ experience in the early childhood sector.
