Job summary

Gough Recruitment is seeking an Assistant Strata Manager on the Sunshine Coast, Australia. You will work 1-on-1 with an experienced Strata Manager, gaining hands-on training and support while building knowledge of strata and body corporate operations.

The role suits someone proactive, highly organised and admin-focused, with strong attention to detail and confidence with data and systems. Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, CBD location with transport options.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in administration, property, strata or a similar role is highly regarded.
• Strong administrative and data entry skills are essential.
• Proactive with ownership of tasks and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing a portfolio of residential and commercial buildings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Assist with preparation and distribution of budgets, agendas and meeting minutes.
• Attend committee and general meetings when required.
• Assist with WH&S, fire safety and legislative compliance.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Strata Manager.
• Work towards taking on increased responsibility as skills develop.

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Assistant Strata Manager to join a fun, hardworking and high-performing team.

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, highly organised and admin-focused, with strong attention to detail and confidence working with data and systems.

You'll work 1-on-1 with an experienced Strata Manager, receiving hands-on training, guidance and support while developing your knowledge of the strata and body corporate industry.

The Role

• Assist with managing a portfolio of residential and commercial buildings
