This role requires experience in automotive dealership environments, a strong focus on customer service and sales, and excellent time management. You may also transition from a technician role, leveraging hands-on expertise to support customers.

• Collaborate with the service team, technicians and management to uphold high standards.
• Identify additional service opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.
