Job summary

Stanmore Mazda in Sydney's Inner West is seeking a Customer Care Consultant / Service Advisor to join our busy Service Department. You will welcome customers, document concerns, coordinate servicing with workshop technicians and provide updates and recommendations.

The ideal candidate has outstanding customer service skills, strong communication, highly organised, and a professional presentation. A current Australian driver's licence and experience in service, hospitality, retail or automotive

Qualifications

Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong organisation and time management abilities.
Knowledge of vehicle servicing processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Welcoming and assisting customers with their service requirements.
Preparing repair orders and accurately documenting customer concerns.
Coordinating vehicle servicing and repairs with workshop technicians.
Providing customers with service updates and repair recommendations.
Managing phone, online, and email service bookings.
Following up with customers after servicing to ensure satisfaction.
Assisting with daily administrative duties, including repair order processing and banking.
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Achieving customer satisfaction and dealership performance targets.
