CT Labour Hire is seeking a Trainee Heavy Equipment Parts Interpreter in Brisbane. You will connect customers, service technicians and the parts warehouse to identify the right parts and move them quickly and accurately.

A pathway to full-time permanent employment follows a short labour hire trial. Your day includes identifying parts for machinery, preparing quotes, processing orders, assisting customers by phone/email or at the counter, and supporting stock control, receiving, dispatch and

Formación

• Experience interpreting spare parts for machinery is helpful but not required.
• Mechanical aptitude or technical knowledge.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good organisation and attention to detail.
• Forklift licence would be an advantage.
• Applicants must have unrestricted Australian work rights.
• Comfort with basic mechanical components (filters, belts, hoses, engine parts).

About the role

You'll be the link between customers, service technicians and the parts warehouse—identifying the right parts and getting them where they need to be, quickly and accurately. A pathway to full-time permanent employment following a short labour hire trial.

Your day will include:

• Identifying and interpreting spare parts for a range of machinery
• Preparing quotes and processing parts orders
• Helping customers over the phone, by email and at the parts counter
• Supporting stock control, receiving, dispatch and stocktakes

What you'll bring

• Parts interpretation experience in construction equipment, materials handling, agriculture or automotive
• Mechanical aptitude or technical knowledge
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good organisation and attention to detail
• A forklift licence would be an advantage
