• Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter or in a similar role (preferred).
• Knowledge of agricultural or construction machinery is highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient computer skills and experience with inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Accurately interpret parts requirements using manuals and electronic catalogues.
• Process parts orders, quotes, and invoices.
• Maintain stock levels, including ordering and receipting inventory.
• Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely parts availability for repairs.
• Manage parts returns, warranty claims, and supplier communications.
• Maintain organised and accurate inventory records.
• Provide a high level of customer service at all times.
