Job summary

CT Labour Hire in Brisbane is seeking a parts interpreter to join our team. You’ll identify and interpret spare parts for a variety of machinery, and ensure the right parts reach customers and service techs quickly and accurately.

You will handle quotes, process orders, and support stock control, receiving, dispatch and stocktakes. Applicants should have parts interpretation experience and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Parts interpretation experience in construction equipment, materials handling, agriculture or automotive.
• Mechanical aptitude or technical knowledge.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good organisation and attention to detail.
• A forklift licence would be an advantage.

About the role

You’ll be the link between customers, service technicians and the parts warehouse—identifying the right parts and getting them where they need to be, quickly and accurately. A pathway to full-time permanent employment following a short labour hire trial.

Your day will include:
