Goodstart Early Learning in Lennox Head, NSW invites applications for a full-time Trainee Educator fixed-term role (18 months), working toward a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care while gaining hands-on experience in a supportive centre environment.

The program includes paid study time, fully funded qualification development, and a pathway to permanent employment upon completion. Strong communication, teamwork, and flexibility are essential.

Pay: $31.36 per hour + super + discounts

To be eligible for a Traineeship you are not able to hold a previous Certificate or Diploma qualification completed outside of secondary school in the last 7 years. Applicants who have completed a school-based certificate other than in childcare will still be eligible.
