Goodstart Early Learning is offering a Traineeship Program for aspiring Trainee Educators in NSW. This fixed-term, part-time role (8 hours per week) is designed to help you earn a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care while gaining hands-on experience in our centres.
You will work under the Centre Leadership Team, building essential skills in safeguarding, program support and child engagement, with a pathway toward permanent employment upon successful completion.

Pay: $22.75 - $31.36 per hour + super

With the support of your Centre Leadership Team, Teachers, and Educators, you will be empowered to forge your career whilst working towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care.
To be eligible for a Traineeship you are not able to hold a previous Certificate or Diploma qualification completed outside of secondary school in the last 7 years. Applicants who have completed a school-based certificateother than in childcare will still be eligible.
