Goodstart Kincumber in Central Coast NSW is seeking a Trainee Educator to begin a career in early childhood education while studying toward a Certificate III. You will support teachers and educators in daily routines and learning activities, delivering a safe, caring environment for children.
The role is full-time (38 hours/week) on a fixed-term 18-month contract with an above-award hourly rate of $26.00–$33.46 plus superannuation and benefits. Training is fully funded by Goodstart.

As a Trainee Educator at Goodstart, you will be dedicated to giving children the best possible start to their school journey. With the support of your Centre Leadership Team, Teachers, and Educators, you will be empowered to forge your career whilst working towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care.
To be eligible for a Traineeship you are not able to hold a previous Certificate or Diploma qualification completed outside of secondary school in the last 7 years. Applicants who have completed a school-based certificate other than in childcare will still be eligible.
