Goodstart Early Learning Rutherford is offering a 18-month fixed-term Trainee Educator role, full-time (38 hours/week) at our Rutherford NSW centre. The program funds your training and supports you to achieve a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care while you work.
You will be guided by the Centre Leadership Team and educators, gaining hands-on experience and potential permanent employment upon course completion. Applicants must be eligible to study and work in Australia.

To be eligible for a Traineeship you are not able to hold a previous Certificate or Diploma qualification completed outside of secondary school in the last 7 years. Applicants who have completed a school-based certificateother than in childcare will still be eligible.
