Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning is seeking a Trainee Educator for a full-time, fixed-term 18-month program in Australia. You will work under guidance to support children’s school readiness and pursue a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care, with the possibility of permanent employment upon completion.

With strong centre leadership support, you will gain hands-on experience across classrooms, while earning competitive hourly pay, super, and staff discounts.

Eligibility and Requirements

To be eligible for a Traineeship you are not able to hold a previous Certificate or Diploma qualification completed outside of secondary school in the last 7 years. Applicants who have completed a school-based certificate other than in childcare will still be eligible.
