Job summary

Goodstart New Lambton is offering a Trainee Educator role in NSW. This 18-month full-time fixed-term contract provides hands-on experience in early childhood education while supporting study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care.

The program includes fee-free training and pathways to permanent employment upon completion. The role emphasizes safe environments, strong relationships with children and families, and collaboration with Centre Leadership, Teachers and Educators.

Qualifications

• Willingness to study toward a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care.
• Working with Children Check is required (or willingness to obtain).
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training required via Geccko platform.
• Immunisation against Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Whooping Cough (Pertussis) or willingness to receive.
