Goodstart Early Learning – Boronia Heights QLD is offering a Trainee Educator role at Goodstart Boronia Heights Fedrick St. The program covers full-time hours and enables enrolment in a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care, with the Centre Leadership Team supporting your development.

You will work towards a safe environment, strengthen relationships with children and families, and actively contribute to the room's education program while pursuing professional growth and continuous

As a Trainee Educator at Goodstart, you will be dedicated to giving children the best possible start to their school journey. With the support of your Centre Leadership Team, Teachers, and Educators, you will be empowered to forge your career whilst working towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care.

You will achieve this by:

To be eligible for a Traineeship you are not able to hold a previous Certificate or Diploma qualification completed outside of secondary school in the last 7 years. Applicants who have completed a school-based certificateother than in childcare will still be eligible.

In addition, you must have:

The willingness and motivation to study towards aCertificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care

A permanent right to work in Australia

Interest in early years education

Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain one)

Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via Geccko platform

Proof of immunisation against Measles, Mumps and RubellaandWhooping Cough (Pertussis)(or be willing to receive)
