Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning is offering a Trainee Educator role in regional NSW. You will work towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care with support from the Centre Leadership Team, Teachers and Educators, while gaining practical experience in our centres.

You will contribute to creating a high-quality learning environment, building strong relationships with children and families, and developing your professional practice within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Willingness and motivation to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care
• Permanent right to work in Australia
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
• Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
• Interest in early years education
• Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)
• Immunisation against Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Whooping Cough (Pertussis) or willingness to receive

Job description

Employment Type: Fixed Term Full-Time (38 hours per week)

Pay: Up to $31.36 per hour (depending on age)

To be eligible for a Traineeship, you are not able to hold a previous Certificate or Diploma qualification completed outside of secondary school in the last 7 years. Applicants who have completed a school-based certificateother than in childcare will still be eligible.
