Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning in East Geelong, VIC, is offering a Trainee Educator position designed to build a meaningful career with a focus on early childhood education. The program supports study toward a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care, while you actively contribute to classroom activities and the whole-centre team.

You will work closely with Centre Leadership, Teachers and Educators to develop professionally, maintain a safe environment, and participate in ongoing quality

Qualifications

• The willingness and motivation to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care.
• Permanent right to work in Australia.
• Strong communication skills and good time management.
• Ability to work well individually and as part of a team.
• Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one.

Your Impact

As a Trainee Educator at Goodstart, you will be dedicated to giving children the best possible start to their school journey. With the support of your Centre Leadership Team, Teachers, and Educators, you will be empowered to forge your career whilst working towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care.

To be eligible for a Traineeship you are not able to hold a previous Certificate or Diploma qualification completed outside of secondary school in the last 7 years.
