Job summary

Anton Murray Consulting is seeking an experienced Team Assistant to provide high-level support to Equity Trading teams on a fast-paced trading floor in Sydney. The role requires meticulous diary management, extensive travel coordination, and polished communication within a high-pressure, professional environment.

You will support the Institutional Equities Division, handle confidential administrative tasks, and coordinate meetings, presentations, and client interactions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years similar assistant experience in banking or finance
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a group

Responsibilities

• Manage extensive diary and meeting scheduling
• Handle expense reimbursements via AmEx/Concur
• Coordinate meeting rooms, catering, and staff
• Screen busy phone coverage
• Arrange domestic/international travel and approvals
• Coordinate conference calls across time zones
• Book client lunches and events
• Prepare internal and external client presentations in MS Office
• Maintain training register
• Update CRM and client research requests
