Job summary

Anton Murray Consulting seeks a highly capable Institutional Sales professional for a Hybrid Sales & Trade Execution role. You will combine client acquisition with relationship management and hands-on trade execution as a DTR, focusing on equities and derivatives for a client base of institutional investors.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in equity markets, trading operations experience, and ASIC RG 146 compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar sales or trade execution role.
• ASIC RG 146 compliance is essential; DTR accreditation ideal.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to attract new high-net-worth and institutional clients.
• Execute trades accurately and efficiently on behalf of clients.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
• Understand client goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences to tailor advice.
• Ensure trading activities comply with regulations and company policies.
• Present and explain complex financial products clearly.
