You’ll work Monday to Friday on a day shift, with a casual pay rate of $35–$38 per hour, with a view to permanent employment. No direct trade qualifications required—attitude, motivation and reliability matter most.

Qualifications

About the Role

As a Trades Assistant, you will work alongside experienced tradespeople, supporting daily maintenance and operational activities. This is a practical, hands‑on role where you’ll learn on the job and develop valuable skills, with clear pathways for progression over time.

About You

You’ll bring:

• Previous experience working within a manufacturing, trade or construction environment (highly desirable)
• Available to work Monday to Friday
• Day Shift where you will commence in a temporary capacity (casual pay rate of $35 to $38 per hour inclusive of casual loading + super) with a view to go permanent.
• Flexibility with start times and opportunity to choose to transfer to Afternoon Shift (with additional loadings).
• Technically and mechanically minded
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• A strong focus on safety
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Interest in building a long‑term career in maintenance or industrial operations

Direct previous experience or trade qualifications are not required — attitude, motivation, and commitment are what matter most.
