Job summary

National Tiles is seeking a Trade Assistant for our Woolloongabba store in Brisbane. This part-time role (20.5 hours weekly) requires Monday, Tuesday and Saturday availability, with hourly rates of $33.75 (Mon–Fri) and $35.56 (Sat). You will greet customers, nurture trade relationships, advise on products, and help with deliveries and stock management.

You’ll join a supportive team, receive on-the-job training, and have opportunities for development and progression within the company.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide expert product advice and recommendations to drive sales across the range.
• Recognise opportunities to upsell and re-engage inactive accounts.
• Manage end-to-end process from quotes to delivery and stock management with clear communication.
• Safely operate a forklift to assist deliveries, arrivals and dispatch.
• Champion a safe workplace following health and safety practices.
