Job summary

DuluxGroup is seeking a results-driven Trade Sales professional to grow our NSW/ACT customer base by executing Selleys Trade Sales strategy. You will uncover opportunities across industrial, glazing and construction sectors and grow wallet share of Selleys/Admil products.

You will build effective relationships with Trade Distributors, convert switching opportunities, and provide expert technical advice and product support while working autonomously within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Trade related sales experience with proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with broader teams.
• Support technical teams with field trials and product testing activities.
• Technical knowledge of silicones, sealants, and adhesives (advantageous).
• Proficient PC and Microsoft Office skills and exposure to using sales CRMs.
• Willingness to travel across the state, as required.

Responsibilities

• Drive the growth of NSW/ACT customer base via Selleys Trade Sales strategy.
• Identify opportunities within existing and new customers in industrial, glazing and construction projects.
• Grow percentage share of wallet of Selleys/Admil range.
• Build relationships with Trade Distributors to generate profitable sales revenue.
• Follow through on specifications to keep products specified and convert switching opportunities.
• Provide expert technical advice and product support.
