Qualifications

• Experience leading a trade/teams to meet targets and KPIs.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service and store culture.
• Safety-focused with knowledge of OHS standards and safe lifting practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the trade team to achieve sales, margin and growth targets.
• Lead by example to foster a customer-obsessed culture and deliver best-in-class store experiences.
• Support the store manager with store-wide leadership and continuous improvement.
• Drive performance across key business metrics and grow the Trade+ customer base.
• Oversee safe operations across sales, warehouse and logistics.
• Ensure compliance in merchandising, banking, POS, credit, transport and warehousing.
• Champion a strong safety culture by modelling safe behaviours and reporting hazards.
