Job summary

Reece Group in Cannonvale is seeking a friendly team member for the Trade Counter to help plumbers and tradespeople access essential products. You will deliver great service, answer questions, prepare quotes and support stock control while keeping the branch running smoothly.

This role involves occasional deliveries in a company vehicle, working varied shifts including weekends, and opportunities for development within our broad network.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Ability to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information is accurate.
• Proficient with computers and able to learn new systems.
• Clean, valid driver’s licence and willingness to work varied shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and information about products.
• Provide quotes in person and over the phone.
• Undertake pick packing and stock control activities.
• Keep the branch tidy and safe.
• Make occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
