Job summary

Reece Group in Port Melbourne is hiring for a Trade Counter teammate to help plumbers and tradespeople access products for building and renovation projects, and to perform tasks that keep the branch running smoothly.

A typical day involves helping customers with product information and quotes, picking, packing and stock control, keeping the branch tidy, and occasional deliveries using a company vehicle. Weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Ability to provide product information and quotes.
• Ability to pick orders, maintain displays, ensure accuracy.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems.
• Clean, valid driver’s licence and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and information about products.
• Provide quotes in person and over the phone.
• Undertake pick packing and stock control activities.
• Help keep the branch tidy and safe.
• Make occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
