Reece Group’s Mansfield Plumbing branch invites a high-potential individual to join a development pathway designed to fast-track leadership skills and a long-term career with Reece. You will work with experienced Branch Leaders, gaining hands-on exposure across operations, customer service, and commercial activities to prepare for future leadership roles.

You’ll support plumbers and tradespeople by providing product access, quotes, and daily branch duties while building strong customer

Qualifications

More than a Branch Staff position, this opportunity provides additional development, exposure and support to help prepare you for future leadership roles across our network. You'll work closely with experienced Branch Leaders, gain hands-on experience across all areas of the business, and develop the commercial, operational and people leadership skills needed to take the next step in your career.

You'll work as part of the Branch Staff team, supporting plumbers and tradespeople by helping them access the products they need for their projects while also contributing to the day-to-day operations that keep the branch running smoothly. Every day will provide opportunities to build your technical knowledge, strengthen customer relationships and expand your understanding of how a successful branch operates.
