You'll work closely with experienced Branch Leaders, gain hands‑on experience across all areas of the business, and develop the commercial, operational and people leadership skills needed to take the next step in your career. You'll work as part of the Branch Staff team, supporting plumbers and tradespeople by helping them access the products they need for their projects while also contributing to the day‑to‑day operations that keep the branch running smoothly. Every day will provide opportunities to build your technical knowledge, strengthen customer relationships and expand your understanding of how a successful branch operates. Your day-to-day:

• Providing customer service and information about products
• Providing quotes both in person and over the phone
