Job summary

Reece Group is hiring a Retail Trade Assistant at the Waterloo Plumbing branch. You will assist plumbers and tradespeople, provide product information, quotes, and deliver exceptional customer service in a busy branch environment.

As part of our Branch Staff team, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to branch operations and product knowledge, with on-the-job training and development pathways to leadership roles across our network.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail or similar environment.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and growth mindset.
• Able to learn new systems and use a computer.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to work various shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and product information to customers.
• Give quotes in person and over the phone.
• Assist with pick packing and stock control.
• Maintain a safe, organised branch environment.
• Make deliveries using a company vehicle.
• Upskill through on-the-job training and modules.

As part of the Branch Staff team at the Waterloo Plumbing branch, you’ll help plumbers and other tradespeople access the products they need for building and renovation projects and undertake other tasks that keep the branch running smoothly.
