Job summary

Reece Group in Windsor is seeking a customer-focused team member for our Trade Counter. You’ll assist plumbers and tradespeople with product information, quotes, and everyday branch tasks in a full-time, on-site role.

The position emphasizes ongoing training, skill development, and opportunities to progress within the network. A valid driver’s licence is required; forklift training is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
• Clean, valid driver’s licence required. Forklift licence is ideal but not essential.

Job description

As part of the Trade Counter team in Windsor, you’ll help plumbers and other tradespeople access the products they need for building and renovation projects and undertake other tasks that keep the branch running smoothly.

No plumbing experience? No Problem.

A typical day involves:

• Providing customer service and information about products.
• Providing quotes both in-person and over the phone.
• Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities.
• Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
• Maintaining a safe, organised, and welcoming branch environment.
• Continue upskilling with tailored on-the-job training initiatives.

• Previous experience in customer service and enjoys helping people both in person and over the phone.
• Accurately pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate.
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to learn new systems.
• Holds a clean, valid driver’s licence. Valid Forklift licence is ideal but not essential.
• Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our broader network or head office!
