Matraville Plumbing, part of Reece Group, is hiring for a Branch Staff role in Sydney. You will assist plumbers and tradespeople with product access, quotes, stock handling, and deliveries while maintaining an organized, safe branch environment.

About the opportunity

As part of the Branch Staff team at Matraville Plumbing, you’ll help plumbers and other tradespeople access the products they need for building and renovation projects and undertake other tasks that keep the branch running smoothly.

• Previous experience in customer service and enjoys helping people both in person and over the phone.
• Accurately pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate.
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to learn new systems.
• Holds a clean, valid driver’s licence. Valid Forklift licence is ideal but not essential.
• Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our broader network or head office!
