Job summary

Reece Group in Caloundra (QLD) is looking for a friendly Retail Sales Assistant to help builders and tradespeople access plumbing and bathroom products. You’ll provide product information, quotes in person and over the phone, and support stock handling so the branch runs smoothly, including occasional deliveries using a company vehicle.

• Providing quotes both in person and over the phone

• Making occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle

• Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone
• Can pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate
• Can use a computer and is happy to learn new systems
• Has a clean valid driver\’s licence and is open to working various shifts, including weekends
