Job summary

Reece Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Delivery Driver for the Ballarat HVAC branch to support local builders and trades. You will deliver parts using company vehicles, assist with stock control, and help maintain a clean, safe branch environment while providing product information to customers.

The role emphasizes hands-on service, order picking, and flexibility to work various shifts including weekends. A customer-focused mindset and tech aptitude will help you adapt to new systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivery driving or customer-facing roles.
• Comfort with assisting customers in person and over the phone.
• A valid MR licence is preferred.
• Capable of picking orders and maintaining shop floor displays.

Delivery Driver - Ballarat (HVAC)

About the role

As part of the HVAC team in Ballarat, you'll help builders and other tradespeople access the products they need for their projects, as well as other tasks that keep customers happy and the branch running smoothly.

Your day-to-day

• Delivering parts and products to customers using a company vehicle
• Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities
• Helping keep the branch and warehouse tidy and safe
• Providing customer service and information about products

Ideal candidate

• Has previous experience in delivery driving, retail or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone
• Ideally holds a Medium Rigid (MR) Licence
• Can pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate
• Is tech-savvy and adaptable to learning new systems
• Has a clean, valid driver's licence and is open to working various shifts, including weekends
• Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head office
