Job summary

Reece Ltd. is seeking a Trade Counter Assistant for the HVAC-R Caloundra branch. You will assist builders and tradespeople by providing product information, quotes, and friendly service to keep the branch running smoothly.

In this role you’ll handle stock, pickPacking, deliveries when required, and contribute to a tidy, safe store. The position offers learning opportunities across our network and head office career paths.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Ability to pick orders, maintain displays and ensure information is accurate.
• Comfort with using a computer and learning new systems.
• Clean valid driver’s licence and willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends.
• Career development within network or head office.

Trade Counter Assistant - HVAC-R Caloundra Retail Sales Assistant

As part of the HVAC team in Caloundra, you’ll help builders and other tradespeople access the products they need for their projects, as well as other tasks that keep customers happy and the branch running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and information about products
• Provide quotes both in person and over the phone
• Undertake pick packing and stock control activities
• Help keep the branch tidy and safe
• Make occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone
• Can pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate
• Can use a computer and is happy to learn new systems
• Has a clean valid driver’s licence and is open to working various shifts, including weekends
• Wants to develop their career – either locally, within our network or head office
