Job summary

Reece Group in Shepparton is seeking a customer-oriented team member to support our HVAC/retail operations. You will assist builders and tradespeople, provide product information, and help keep the branch running smoothly.

The role involves quoting, stock control, order picking, delivering when needed, and maintaining a safe, tidy shop floor. Weekend shifts are included, with opportunities for career development within our network.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Ability to assist customers in person and over the phone.
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
• Clean, valid driver's license and flexible weekend availability.

About the role

As part of the HVAC team in Shepparton, you’ll help builders and other tradespeople access the products they need for their projects, as well as other tasks that keep customers happy and the branch running smoothly.

A typical day will involve:

Providing customer service and information about products

Providing quotes both in person and over the phone

Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities

Helping keep the branch tidy and safe

Making occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle

We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who:

Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone

Can pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate

Is tech‑savvy and adaptable to learning new systems

Has a clean valid driver’s licence and is open to working various shifts, including weekends

Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head office
