Job summary

Reece Group in Carole Park (Ipswich) is seeking an enthusiastic team member to join our HVAC branch. You will assist builders and tradespeople, help customers at the trade counter, and keep the branch running smoothly.

Daily duties include deliveries, stock control, unpacking inbound goods, answering questions, quoting customers over the phone and in person, and maintaining a safe, tidy branch.

Qualifications

• Has experience in customer service, warehousing, retail or delivery driving and enjoys helping customers in person and over the phone.
• Can pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information is accurate.
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to learn new systems.
• Has a clean valid driver’s licence.
• Wants to develop their career locally or within our network.

About the role

As part of the HVAC team in Carole Park, you’ll help builders and other tradespeople access the products they need for their projects, as well as other tasks that keep customers happy and the branch running smoothly.

At typical day will involve:

• Making deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
• Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities
• Receiving and checking inwards goods and unloading and putting away stock
• Providing customer service and information about products on trade counter
• Providing quotes both in person and over the phone
• Helping keep the branch tidy and safe

• Has previous experience in customer service, warehousing, retail or delivery driving and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone
• Can pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to learn new systems
• Has a clean valid driver’s licence
• Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head office
