Job summary

UBEECO Packaging Solutions in Deer Park, VIC, is seeking enthusiastic Timber Factory Workers for a casual role with progression to permanent for the right applicants.

You will play a hands-on part in timber and pallet manufacturing, operating power tools, packing finished goods, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment while following WHS regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in timber manufacturing or similar environment.
• Physically fit and able to perform repetitive manual labour.
• Able to operate a variety of machinery and tools.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Own transport recommended due to limited public transport.
• Forklift licence is highly desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

You will play a key role in the hands‑on production process for timber and pallet manufacturing.

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in a timber manufacturing environment or similar

• Strong practical skills and the ability to operate a variety of machinery and tools
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Own transport recommended due to limited public transport options
• A current forklift licence - highly desirable, but not essential
