Job summary

UBEECO Packaging Solutions – Gladstone QLD is seeking Timber Assembly Workers to join our production team in Gladstone. You will assemble pallets and packaging equipment, using hand tools and machinery daily.

We value safety, reliability and a hands-on approach. This role offers immediate start with the possibility to convert from casual to permanent full-time for the right applicants, with onsite parking provided.

Qualifications

• Safety-conscious and able to follow safety procedures.
• Experience with using hand and power tools.
• Reliable and motivated.
• Own transport (advantage).
• Basic computer skills with reading and understanding job cards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble pallets and packaging equipment to meet customer needs.
• Use hand tools and machinery daily.
• Work as part of a team to deliver efficient timber production.
