Job summary

Ubeeco Packaging Solutions– Carole Park QLD seeks a Production Worker to join the team on a casual or permanent full-time basis. You will train to operate high-speed production and processing equipment, assemble products, and report production data with a focus on safety.

The ideal candidate will have timber assembly experience, competent use of hand tools including nail guns, good communication, reliability, and a strong safety mindset. Training is provided to qualify you for progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in timber assembly is highly desirable.
• Experience with hand tools; nail gun experience preferred, though training will be provided.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual and honest.

As a result of organic growth and expansion, they are actively seeking a talented Production Worker to join their growing team on a either a casual or permanent full‑time basis.

The Position

A great opportunity has become available to join the manufacturing production team based in their Carole Park facility. You will receive training and ongoing support to enable you to effectively operate their high speed production, manufacturing and process equipment.

Your duties will include:

• Product assembly with hand tools and machinery
• Operating and cleaning of equipment and plant
• Wood cutting
• Use of basic hand and power tools as requiredsuch as nail guns, drills, reciprocating saws, tape measure and impact drivers
• Accurately report on production data and quality checks
• Working safely at all times to protect your own health and safety, and the health and safety of everyone with whom you work, and any other person who is at the worksite positions in the manufacturing department rotate every few weeks, for variety and development of staff capabilities.

The Ideal Candidate

You will possess the following skills and experience:

• Experience in timber assembly is highly desirable
