Job summary

Ubeeco Packaging Solutions– Carole Park QLD seeks a Production Worker to join the team on a casual or permanent full-time basis. You will train to operate high-speed production and processing equipment, assemble products, and report production data with a focus on safety.

The ideal candidate will have timber assembly experience, competent use of hand tools including nail guns, good communication, reliability, and a strong safety mindset. Training is provided to qualify you for progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in timber assembly is highly desirable.
• Experience with hand tools; nail gun experience preferred, though training will be provided.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual and honest.
• Disciplined attitude to work safely in the plant.
• Must be physically fit and a quick learner.
• A good team player with problem-solving skills.
• Interested in long-term career progression.

Responsibilities

• Product assembly with hand tools and machinery.
• Operating and cleaning of equipment and plant.
• Wood cutting.
• Use of basic hand and power tools.
• Accurately report on production data and quality checks.
• Work safely at all times in the manufacturing environment; rotate positions for variety and development.
