Melbourne Park is seeking a Ticketing Coordinator for a 12‑month fixed‑term role to manage day‑to‑day ticketing services for events at Melbourne Park. You will coordinate event builds, allocations, and box office operations while working with our ticketing partner and internal teams.

Melbourne Park is an iconic, multi-venue, world-renowned precinct that delivers hundreds of diverse sport, entertainment and community events each year, including one of only four tennis Grand Slams in the world – the Australian Open.
The Melbourne Park precinct is home to six of Melbourne’s premier venues – Rod Laver Arena, Margaret Court Arena, John Cain Arena, AAMI Park, Kia Arena and CENTREPIECE at Melbourne Park – as well as the National Tennis Centre, two show courts, 35 outdoor tennis courts, six indoor tennis courts, Tennis HQ, Olympic Park Oval, Gosch’s Paddock and the KGM Centre.
Our Ticketing team plays an essential role in the successful delivery of events across the precinct, ensuring ticketing operations are accurate, efficient and provide a positive experience for our clients, stakeholders and guests.
This is a 12-month fixed-term role reporting to the Ticketing Manager. The Ticketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the day‑to‑day delivery of ticketing services for events held at Melbourne Park.
You’ll coordinate assigned events from planning and ticketing setup through to on‑sale and event‑day delivery, working closely with our ticketing partner, clients, venue teams and internal stakeholders.
This is a hands‑on, detail‑focused role where you’ll support event builds, ticket allocations, box office operations, access control, customer enquiries, reporting and settlements. You’ll also help resolve operational issues and ensure ticketing requirements are delivered accurately and on time.
