Job summary

Melbourne Park is seeking a collaborative People Experience & Inclusion Coordinator on a 12-Month Fixed Term Contract to join the People & Culture team at Melbourne Park. Reporting to the People Experience Manager, you will coordinate initiatives that create a more inclusive, connected and engaging employee experience across the organisation.

You will support GEAP, RAP and DIAP, alongside employee engagement, accessibility, internal communications and People Experience projects.

Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating projects, programs, events or initiatives in People & Culture, employee experience, inclusion or engagement.
  • Strong project coordination, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience supporting inclusion, accessibility, employee engagement or recognition initiatives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including internal communications.
  • An understanding of diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility principles.
  • A curious, improvement-focused approach and confidence to explore better ways of working.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate People & Culture actions across the GEAP, RAP and DIAP.

  • Develop internal communications, including casual workforce newsletters.

  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver People Experience projects.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a collaborative People Experience & Inclusion Coordinator on a 12-Month Fixed Term Contract to join the People & Culture team at Melbourne Park. Reporting to the People Experience Manager, you will coordinate initiatives that create a more inclusive, connected and engaging employee experience.

You will support Melbourne Park’s Gender Equality Action Plan (GEAP), Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) and Disability Inclusion Action Plan (DIAP), alongside employee engagement, recognition, accessibility, internal communications and People Experience projects. Working across the organisation, you will coordinate projects, events and communications, manage timelines and stakeholders, and help turn inclusion commitments into practical action.

Key Responsibilities

ABOUT YOU

You are an organised, passionate and people-focused coordinator who enjoys bringing projects and people together. You have a strong delivery mindset, excellent attention to detail and a genuine interest in inclusion and creating positive employee experiences.

You have:
  • Experience coordinating projects, programs, events or initiatives in People & Culture, employee experience, inclusion or engagement.
  • Strong project coordination, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience supporting inclusion, accessibility, employee engagement or recognition initiatives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including internal communications.
