Dermalogica Australia is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to manage the Sydney South West territory. You will drive growth through new business and account management for the world’s #1 professional skincare brand, reporting to the Sales Manager.

The role offers a competitive salary package with super, a $19,000 annual car allowance plus monthly commissions, ongoing training, product allocations, staff discounts, wellbeing programs, parental leave, and clear career progression

Qualifications

• Beauty therapy and/or skincare industry management experience.
• Proven sales experience in skincare, hair, or health sectors.
• Strong business acumen with a track record in new business acquisition.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
• Experience using CRM systems and intermediate IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets through development of new and existing accounts.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities via cold calls and lead gen.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with customers to create and execute growth plans.
• Support product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.
• Provide accurate reporting via CRM systems.
