Job summary

L’Oréal in Sydney is seeking an entrepreneurial field sales professional to drive growth for SkinCeuticals and Skinbetter science across North Sydney and the CBD, with occasional travel to Port Macquarie and Newcastle. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will build partnerships with medical clinics and specialists.

You will handle territory planning, maximize brand visibility, and deliver product training with an In-Clinic Coach.

Qualifications

• An entrepreneurial field sales professional with a strong drive to build relationships and achieve commercial goals.
• A valid Australian Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and secure partnerships with high-potential medical clinics, dermatologists, and plastic surgeons.
• Maximize sell-in and brand visibility for both retail and professional ranges within your territory.
• Partner with an In-Clinic Coach to deliver educational content and product training.
• Manage your journey plan to balance local accounts with occasional regional travel.
